Breakfast – Sultana bran with skimmed milk

Break – banana and apple

Lunch – reduced fat chicken kiev with organic broad beans, corn on the cob and potato wedges (much less than I’d normally consume), tomato ketchup

Afternoon break – banana, bowl of crunchy nut clusters chocolate curls.

Bike ride to shops – approx 30 mins exercise – in excessive heat!

Apple

1 banana

3 fish sticks

Dinner – spinach and ricotta pasta with lettuce
